Terms of Service ### 1.1 Agreement By installing, accessing, purchasing, or using the HubSpot Developer Helper Chrome Extension (“Extension”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not install or use the Extension. These Terms apply to all users, including users using the free version, users using the daily free allowance, and users with an active paid subscription or license. ### 1.2 About the Extension HubSpot Developer Helper is a browser extension designed to assist developers working with HubSpot CMS. The Extension provides developer-focused tools and utilities, which may include: - Debugging tools - Development utilities - HubSpot CMS development resources - HubL shortcuts - Code formatting and editor functionality - Customizable code and editor settings - Quick access to relevant HubSpot development documentation Features may vary depending on the user’s account type, free usage allowance, subscription plan, or license status. ### 1.3 Free Usage The Extension may provide free access to selected features and functionality. Free users may receive a daily usage allowance, including up to 15 daily refills, depending on the feature and usage limits applicable to the Extension. Daily usage allowances: - May reset automatically based on the applicable daily reset period - May be subject to reasonable usage restrictions - May vary between features - Are not transferable between users or accounts - Have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for refunds or credits We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue free usage allowances at any time, subject to applicable law. ### 1.4 Paid Plans and Licenses The Extension may offer paid subscription plans, including: - **Single User:** For individual users. (Monthly or Yearly subscription) - **Multi User — Maximum 3 Users:** For teams or organizations using the Extension with up to three authorized users. (Monthly or Yearly subscription) - **Unlimited Users:** For teams or organizations requiring access for an unlimited number of authorized users, subject to reasonable usage and anti-abuse policies. (Monthly or Yearly subscription) The exact pricing and features included in each plan are displayed at the time of purchase. ### 1.5 License Activation Paid access may require activation using a license key. After successful payment, a license key may be provided to the customer through email or another designated delivery method. The license key is used to verify the user’s entitlement to paid features. Users are responsible for keeping their license key secure and must not publicly share, resell, distribute, or otherwise misuse their license key. The number of users permitted under a subscription depends on the purchased plan. ### 1.6 Account and Authentication Certain Extension features may require users to create an account or authenticate using supported authentication methods. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. You must not: - Share your account credentials in a way that violates your subscription limits - Attempt to bypass authentication or license verification - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user’s account - Circumvent usage restrictions or technical controls ### 1.7 Subscription Billing Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe or another payment provider displayed during checkout. Subscriptions may be billed monthly or yearly depending on the plan selected at purchase. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process recurring payments according to the selected billing interval. Payment details are processed by the payment provider. We do not directly store complete credit card numbers or payment card security codes. Subscription prices may change in the future. Any applicable price changes will be communicated or displayed as required by applicable law. ### 1.8 Cancellation You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation options provided during checkout or through the applicable payment provider. Cancellation generally prevents future recurring charges. Unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy or required by applicable law, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of an active billing period. After cancellation, paid access may remain available until the end of the current paid billing period. ### 1.9 License Verification The Extension may periodically communicate with our backend services to: - Verify authentication - Verify license status - Validate subscription access - Manage license activation - Prevent unauthorized use - Enforce applicable user limits The Extension may require an active internet connection for authentication and license verification. ### 1.10 Acceptable Use You agree not to: - Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Extension - Modify or redistribute the Extension - Circumvent license or usage restrictions - Share paid access in violation of your subscription plan - Use the Extension for unlawful purposes - Attempt to interfere with the Extension’s services or infrastructure - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems - Abuse free usage limits or technical protections - Use automated methods to bypass usage restrictions - Resell or commercially redistribute the Extension without written authorization ### 1.11 Updates and Changes We may periodically update the Extension to add new functionality, improve existing features, fix bugs, improve security, improve performance, or maintain compatibility with browser or HubSpot platform changes. Features may be added, modified, replaced, or discontinued over time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, where permitted by applicable law. ### 1.12 Intellectual Property The Extension, including its software, design, branding, interface, documentation, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to 2CUBE Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Extension according to your selected plan and these Terms. No ownership rights are transferred to you. “HubSpot” is a trademark of HubSpot, Inc. HubSpot Developer Helper is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by HubSpot, Inc., unless explicitly stated otherwise. ### 1.13 Disclaimer THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. We do not guarantee that: - The Extension will always be available - The Extension will be uninterrupted or error-free - Every feature will remain available indefinitely - The Extension will always be compatible with future versions of Chrome or HubSpot - Developer tools or generated/modified code will always produce the expected result You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating your code and development work before deploying it to production. You are also responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your own code and data. ### 1.14 Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2CUBE Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Extension. This may include loss of profits, business opportunities, data, or business interruption. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from your use of the Extension will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Extension or applicable subscription during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law. ### 1.15 Termination You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it and discontinuing use. We may suspend or terminate access to paid or free features if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, abused the Extension, attempted to circumvent license restrictions, engaged in fraudulent activity, used the Extension unlawfully, or attempted to compromise our systems. Where appropriate and legally required, we may provide notice before termination. Termination does not remove obligations that by their nature should continue after termination. ## 2. Usage information is used to: Enforce daily usage limits, Reset free allowances, Prevent abuse, and Maintain fair access to free functionality. **Product Events and Diagnostics** We may collect limited technical events or diagnostic information to understand how the Extension is used and improve reliability. Depending on the implementation, this may include: Extension version, Feature or event identifiers, Error or diagnostic events, Basic technical information, and Anonymous or pseudonymous identifiers. Where functionality can be performed locally in the browser, processing occurs locally. We do not intentionally collect or store your source code as part of our general analytics or license management systems. However, certain features may require access to information available on the active webpage to perform their intended function. You may continue using any features available under the free version, subject to the applicable free usage limits. ### 3.5 Subscription Cancellation Canceling a subscription does not automatically constitute a refund.
